Dr. Alan Murnane, MD
Dr. Alan Murnane is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Murnane did his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Murnane earned his doctorate in medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and did his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Dr. Murnane serves as the volunteer Medical Director for Pregnancy Decision Health Centers (PDHC) and as a leader for the Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Medical Staff. Dr. Murnane is a highly experienced surgeon, with special interest in minimally-invasive vaginal surgery approaches. He is a supporter of Vaginal Birth after Cesarean (VBAC).
Murnane lives in Westerville with his wife and four children. He is happy to be able to ride his bicycle to work. Dr. Murnane enjoys gardening, cooking, skiing, and traveling with his family.
